1. Using any simulation tool of your choice,
Design a mod-13 counter using commercial J-K flip flops. The output should be monitored with four LED's as well as 7- segment display.
2. Design a Combinational logic system to raise an alarm under the following conditions
A car ignition system is designed to trigger an alarm when ever any of the following events occur
- Ignition is on while the door is open
- the key is in the Ignition while the Engine is off and the door is open
- Engine is on, and seat-belt is not engaged
